Q: WHY BUY A PROPERTY IN TURKEY
A: Answer the following questions:-
Is your Pension Plan doing OK?
Are your investments growing?
If you answered No to either of the above questions then think about
investing in a property in Turkey. Putting your money into bricks and
mortar has been advised for centuries. Unfortunately in the UK this has
led to massive house price rises that make property unavailable to most
people. To cap it off the Bank of England has raised interest rates all
the time making your UK investment profits even less. Thankfully the
laws in Turkey have now changed so that non nationals can purchase
property. The process is simple and inexpensive. The average property
price in Altinkum 2 years ago was £8000 now it is £30000. With more
British moving to Turkey and benefiting from the obvious plus's of its
superb climate, coastline and places of interest to visit, buying
property in Turkey is now a good and solid investment, especially with
its fast approaching entry into the EU. So why don't you capitalise on
this upward trend. Invest in Turkey and enhance your life. Anyone who
decides to invest in Turkey will come out a winner.
Turkey is a fast developing
economy with Turkey preparing new laws and regulations in order to
become a full member of the European Union. This process is expected to
take place within the next few years. When Turkey joins the European
Union prices on properties will rise in line with European levels.
Therefore, this is the right time for buying and investing in a property
in Turkey. Putting your money into land, bricks and mortar has been
advised for centuries. Thankfully, with the laws in Turkey having now
changed, non-nationals can purchase property here. The process is simple
and inexpensive. The average property price in Altinkum 3 years ago was
£8,000.00 now it is £30,000. Where in England would you buy a property
that can more than quadruple in the space of such a short time. More and
more British people are moving to Turkey or purchasing holiday homes and
benefiting from this. Spain was once an inexpensive Country in which to
buy a property but prices have substantially increased over the years.
Turkey is the new Spain at affordable prices with properties having
excellent rental potential. Turkey offers you a happy, warm and
welcoming environment. Altinkum has one of the cleanest bays in the
Aegean sea and fantastic weather. Turkey is not as commercialized as
most holiday resorts, part of Altinkum’s charm is the simple way of life
and friendly atmosphere. So why don’t you take advantage of this rising
trend. Invest in Turkey and enhance your way of life.

in August 2003 stating that all persons purchasing property will have to
pay Earthquake Insurance to the government. The amount depends on the
property price and location, and is usually in the region of £20 - £60.
The actual amount to be paid will only be determined once the Title

and what type of property we can construct on the clients behalf (e.g.:

year. The scenery is lovely in May as the country has just come out of
